WiKim's Presentation in KoSFoST International Symposium 2020
WiKim participated in the 2020 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting from Jul.1 to 3 held in Gwangju. KoSFoST is an abbreviation of Korean Society of Food Science and Technology.
Recently, as the spread of Covid-19 continued in Gwangju, the hosts maintained the distance between seats in the presentation hall and secured the entrance and exit management in order to hold a safe academic conference.
In addition, a video system that can be heard online was also operated for attendees who could not enter the presentation.
At this conference held on the theme of “Get up, Start up for the Future of Food,”WiKim operated 'Kimchi Session'. In particular, Dr. Ji-Hyoung Ha (Leader of Hygienic Safety and Analysis Center)'s presentation attracted interest from the audiences. His topic was 'Influence of Capsaicinoids Content on the Basic Taste, Quality, Hygiene Safety and Consumer Preference of Kimchi'
