The device was developed by WiKim and transfered its technology to Incheon Kimchi Pickling and Processing Business Cooperative in 2017. Nonga Food is one member of the Cooperative.
In manufacturers, making kimchi is processed through putting kimchi cabbages, salting, washing, dehydrating, filling kimchi seasoning into the cabbages, fermenting and packaging.
Out of the process, filling kimchi seasoning into the kimchi cabbages has the most labor force because workers do it by themselves. However, as the device substitute the workers, it enoughly improves productivity.
