• Article 1In the event that a client suffers civil damages as a result of a certificate issued by the Institute, and such damages are confirmed through due procedures to be attributable to the Institute’s fault or responsibility, the Institute shall compensate the client for the damages incurred.
• Article 2Personnel involved in the Institute’s biobank activities shall strictly reject any commercial, financial, or other internal or external pressures that negatively impact fairness, and shall have the authority to fully refuse to perform duties until such risk factors are completely eliminated.
• Article 3Information and records regarding providers and recipients/users obtained or generated during the conduct of biobank activities shall not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the relevant provider or recipient/user.
• Article 4Information obtained from sources other than clients shall not be shared with providers or recipients/users unless the information provider has granted consent.
• Article 5The Institute shall place the highest priority on the reliability of biobank activities and shall perform all related duties faithfully and responsibly.
