Step 1Consultation
- Contact the Bank of Kimchi resources and Information via the dedicated deposit email (deposit@wikim.re.kr) or resources manager (+82-62-610-1723) for consultation.

Step 2Application Submission
- Based on the consultation, the depositor completes the deposit application form and submits it to the dedicated email (deposit@wikim.re.kr).
- The submitted application form will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested if necessary.

Step 3Receipt and Verification of Biological Resources and Data
- Submission and receipt of biological resources (with a continuity record sheet for deposit),
- followed by verification of the received biological resources and related data.

Step 4Registration of Received Biological Resources
- Suitable biological resources, verified through review, are registered.

Step 5Preservation and Storage
- Biological resources are preserved with protective agents and stored.

Step 6Notification of Registration Status
- The depositor is informed of the registration status (including the biological resources registration number) via the dedicated email (deposit@wikim.re.kr).
