WiKim held the 9th Kimjang Sharing Event on December 18. The Kimjang Sharing Event is an annual event promoted by WiKim that seeks to contribute to the spread of the culture of sharing by helping the underprivileged.

Congressman Yoon Young-deok (Nam-gu, Gwangju) attended the Kimjang Sharing Event this year to express her encouragement for the charitable activities conducted by WiKim.

All WiKim employees typically participate in making the kimchi that is shared every year. However, all the kimchi was purchased this year in order to abide by the social distancing norms.

A total of 1.8 tons of kimchi (136 boxes of 5kg kimchi and 120 boxes of 10kg kimchi) were donated on the day to the Gwangju Social Welfare Council (Gwangju Metropolitan Food Bank), and children and youth facilities, multicultural centers, and disability protection centers that are affiliated with Nam-gu Community Social Welfare Council.

WiKim will continue to grow together with the community.
