
On June 1, WiKim awarded employees who had contributed to the development of the institute. One team (three members) was also selected for the WiKim Award in the second quarter of 2020.

[Thesis] Microbial niches in raw ingredients determine microbial community assembly during kimchi fermentation (Food Chemistry, IF 5.399, top 4.5% in the field of Food Science and Technology)
[Promotion] A total of 23 publications including articles in the top six daily newspapers such as The Chosun Ilbo, Maeil Business Newspaper, and The Kyunghyang Shinmun.



Just as trees with strong roots have a greener and lush leaves, we look forward to seeing more research outcomes for the institute. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we strive to grow further.
