The Sustainable Distribution Research Group is dedicated to establishing a resource-circulating ecosystem for the kimchi industry by developing innovative technologies for the upcycling and repurposing of industrial by-products. We focus on enhancing the efficiency and quality stability of kimchi logistics through advanced long-term storage solutions, customized distribution models, and smart, eco-friendly packaging technologies.
